  12. Well I have high hopes for the Amiga again under VIScorp but got tired of
  13. waiting for any real info.  It has been easy skipping reading through all of
  14. the speculative postings during the past week.  After reading on VIScorp's
  15. web pages that they have received some patents on their set-top device (ED)
  16. I searched recent patents (US) with their description of ED.

  191. Maybe number 3 is the ED?  Who can help out here?  The real search to do is
  192. to search using the inventors name: Roger Remillard or the assignee:
  193. VIScorp.  Can anyone do these searches from their computer(I can't do this
  194. from here :-(.  I would love to see the full patents on-line.  You could
  195. also take the list above to a library that carries US Patents and look up a
  196. few of the above patents.  I know The University of Maryland (College Park,
  197. Maryland, USA) carries them all and the US Patent Office in Crystal City,
  198. Virginia also has free access.  Libraries around the world also carry all
  199. patents with free access.  Other pay-per-search companies (Derwent World
  200. Patents and others) would allow you to run the proper searches.
